I love this bold and beautiful Tropical Card from Galina! One the base of the card she has created a border shaker element which adds so much interest to the card design. Notice how she used tulle instead of clear plastic acetate for some extra texture on the shaker. The stamps are from Studio Katia the she colored with Copic Markers.
