It’s that time of year again! Kids are finally able to return to school after over a year of homeschool and boredom.
Here are some fun snacks and recipes to dress up their lunches and inspire some creativity.
Fruit Leather School Books – Not only are these a healthier alternative, they’re just too darn cute. Fruit leather takes some patience to make, but once you make your own, you’ll never go back to those commercially produced ones, I promise.
Pencil Push Pops – You can make these using a large syringe with the tip cut off, but there are actual push containers you can purchase to make these adorables as well!
Composition Book Cookies – If you’re handy with a piping bag, you can make these composition book cookies easily; but I’d imagine fondant would work just as well.
School Bus Twinkies – These are just too sweet, pun intended. 😉 Take some time to make an ordinary snack one of a kind.
Glue Stick Push Pops – These use the same push containers as the pencil recipe above and come with a free printable label too.
School Book Sandwiches – Use tortillas and your kids favourite sandwich filling to make these sweet book sandwiches!
