YSL Limitless Cinnabar (314) The Slim Velvet Radical Matte Lipstick ($39.00 for 0.08 oz.) is a muted, medium-dark copper with warmer undertones and a semi-matte finish. It had nearly opaque pigmentation paired with a smooth, velvety texture that was dense in the tube but still glided readily across my lips and wasn’t clingy to wear. It stayed on nicely for five and a half hours and was lightly moisturizing while worn.

The formula is supposed to have “full coverage” with “long-lasting semi-matte color” that has “creamy comfort.” They were very pigmented with a moderately dense, velvety consistency that was creamy without sliding around. The substance/density of the product helped the product sit more smoothly on my lips and helped them be less prone to emphasizing lip texture and settling into my lip lines.
The lipsticks were comfortable to apply, and while the diamond-shaped lipstick was unusual, I did not find it difficult to work with. Most shades lasted at least five hours with some shades lasting six to seven hours with some staining behind. The formula felt lightly hydrating over time. They had a fruity, floral scent but no discernible taste.
