The matte finish has semi-opaque to opaque color coverage with moderate powderiness; it’s a formula that is best used with a lighter hand. There was light fallout with some shades, though not at all, and they were blendable for the most part. Even with a light hand, there was still a bit of powderiness present–the brand did warn about using less with their formula–in the pan.

Evoke is a rich, medium pink base with warmer undertones and brighter, aqua-to-blue duochrome shift and a metallic finish. It was richly pigmented with a soft, lightly creamy texture that was more loosely pressed and featured chunkier shimmer. I’d recommend pressing it on or using a fingertip to apply it to ensure that the product went on evenly and to minimize fallout (slight though it was).
