ColourPop High Tide 9-Pan Pressed Powder Palette ($14.00 for 0.32 oz.) is an aqua and teal-themed color story that included six matte shades (or mostly matte shades!) and three shimmer shades. All nine shades were semi-opaque to opaque in coverage, fairly blendable, and easy enough to work with.

Flora

Mussel Beach
Mussel Beach has a blackened-brown base with lighter, green-to-blue shifting shimmer. The texture was more emollient, which helped it apply better with a fingertip or a dampened brush.
